Pre-placement checks
HCL RS Social Care has stringent checks in place to ensure the quality of each individual locum. These checks, overseen by a dedicated Quality & Compliance Manager, include detailed reference checks, qualifications, CRB and identity checks. We undertake detailed screening of training, immunisations and employment history.
 
Post-placement checks
Once the candidate has started work with you, our checks are on-going. We ask for assessment reports regularly, and offer problem-solving support to both the client and the candidate.
 
Response times
• During office hours we commit to: 15 minute response
• We will respond to every request within 15 minutes with an acknowledgement of the vacancy 24 hour match
• We will report back to you within two hours with the results of a preliminary match 48 hour match
• Should the initial match not be sufficient, we will continue searching and respond within 48 hours to let you know we have found.
